Coming into the Silly Season, things can get a bit hectic and you might need something uplifting - join us next week for laughter, movement, breathing exercises and meditation.Community Laughter Reset is a fun and playful practice that combines spontaneous laughter, breathing exercises, and a touch of meditation. In a class, you'll engage in childlike play, doing silly laughter exercises, deep breathing, and moments of quiet mindfulness to help trigger genuine laughter—no jokes needed!Cindy @findyourvoicewithcindy will guide us through these sessions. The laughter helps reduce stress, boost your mood, and increase overall well-being, while the deep breathing increases oxygen flow to the brain and the meditation fosters a sense of inner calm. It’s a wonderful way to reconnect with your inner child, improve mental clarity, and enjoy the uplifting benefits of laughter. You’ll leave feeling energised, relaxed, and with a refreshed sense of joy, all while connecting with others. As always, it's best to check with a healthcare professional if you have any medical concerns before starting. To help nurture a spirit of commitment to attendance we now request a donation to secure your place. For this event a suggested donation is £2-£7 but whatever you can offer is gratefully received and goes towards our work supporting community wellbeing.Go to Eventrbite to book a spotwww.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1115365270549?aff=oddtdtcreator ...
